Being Part of Cutting Edge Technology
"Being part of the Future Business Team, I support my Autoliv colleagues in sales with software expertise in the field of Vision technology where our algorithms are key in meeting customers’ performance criteria in real life safety situations.
I also show prospective customers what our Vision technologies really can do. For me as a software engineer, Autoliv offers a real challenge combined with a supportive work environment."

Innovation is the Key
"I think coolest thing about working at Autoliv is I have the opportunity to drive the test vehicle myself and test out the logic I just made one minute ago. I felt very fulfilled when I saw it works much better than before.'
I am responsible for active brake control systems development, calibration, and validation where Innovation is the key. Innovation is our best weapon to compete and as one of the algorithm engineers in our team, I also need innovation to resolve issues and improve our logic.
Our team is a good example of working globally. Although there is a big physical distance and time zone difference, our work still goes well. We always have real-time communications and support globally. The global team always has the same target. I think it is the idea of One Autoliv."

Algorithm Engineer in Ontario, Canada
Empower a Team
"Production needs everyday care with a compatible team of colleagues. My vision is to build a benchmark steering wheel plant for Autoliv here in Turkey.
To reach this goal and to produce the level quality we stand for in our industry, I believe in empowering people. To grow my team members to the future managers and leaders we want, I constantly need to expose them to new challenges and let them take on more responsibility."
Fatma Iscan
Steering Wheel Plant Manager, Turkey
